Rishad Byramjee

Mr. Rishad K. Byramjee is the Managing Director of the Casby Logistics Group of Companies since 2003. Established in 1857, the company is a market leader in Stevedoring and Port Services business in India. He has a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the UK.
Under his leadership, the company expanded its Logistics operations from a regional scale to a pan-India scale within the business verticals of Air, Sea, Surface and Rail Cargo movement. He leads the diversification and expansion program at Casby and has successfully initiated new businesses such as Hazardous Liquid Bulk Transportation, Logistics Solution Design, Warehousing and Refrigerated solutions.
He is also involved in the growth of the other Group offerings that include Construction & Real Estate Development, Digital Security & Surveillance, Telecommunications and Software Development.
Mahakhurshid Byramjee

Mrs. Mahakhurshid K. Byramjee heads the real estate division of the Casby Group. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Economics from Mumbai University.
She has been in the construction business for over three decades. She leads the company’s activities of the construction of Gated Communities and individual bespoke bungalows. She also runs a commercial fruit orchard on the outskirts of Maharashtra.
She is also heavily involved in social activities which are carried out by the family trust. The trust’s activities include running an English Medium School for tribal children in rural Maharashtra and running a free Diagnostic Centre for the poor in Mumbai.

Neville S. Patel is the COO of the Casby Group. He has been managing port operations, equipment supply, transportation, warehousing and container freight station verticals in Casby.
He is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. Holds Diploma is CS and Secretarial Practice and also holds diploma in Hotel Management from IHC.
He is associated with the group since 1993.With 35 years of experience. Before joining Casby he worked at Darabshaw B Curshetjee & Sons Private Limited.
Anil Bhatia

Anil Bhatia is the Chief Financial Officer of the Casby Group. He oversees the Group’s accounting, compliance, taxation, and treasury functions. He plays a
key role in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the group.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce as well as
a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
He has been associated with the Casby Group for the past 33 years. Prior to joining Casby, he was a Partner at F.K. Mody & Co, a well-established Chartered Accountant firm in
India.
Jyoti Rathore

Jyoti Rathore is the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Casby Group, where she oversees the entire Human Resources function across the organization. She is responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, compliance, and people initiatives.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings over 25 years of experience in the HR domain.
Prior to joining Casby, she was associated with Shaman Group of Companies, the authorized dealers of Mercedes-Benz in Mumbai, Where she handled key HR responsibilities and played an important role in enhancing HR processes and employee engagement programs.
Prashant Kumar
Head- Transport solutions & Chief Safety Officer

Prashanth Kumar heads the bulk liquid logistics solutions division at Casby, where he leads the company’s and oversees operations related to road transport and bulk handling. He plays a key role in strengthening Casby’s ability to deliver efficient, safe, and reliable logistics solutions, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within the division.
He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering. Prashanth has been associated with Casby for over 5 years and brings more than 20 years of industry experience in transport and logistics.
Prior to joining Casby, he worked with Sical Logistics Ltd. and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Ltd., where he gained extensive hands-on experience in transport operations and logistics management, particularly in liquid bulk handling.
Rohit Ghadge
Head – Green Mobility Solutions

Rohit Ghadge oversees Casby’s Green, plays a key role in managing and streamlining multiple operational verticals within the organization. He has been instrumental in overseeing the Star Bazaar operations, and since 2021 has expanded his responsibilities to manage Shell operations, driving operational efficiency and process excellence. He is currently focused on developing and managing EV operations, contributing to Casby’s transition towards sustainable and future-ready energy solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has been associated with Casby since 2013, with over 12 years of service with the organization.
Prior to joining Casby, he worked with BVG India Ltd., Pune, where he gained valuable experience in operations and service management.
Rajesh Sharma
Head- Accounts & Finance

Rajesh heads the Accounts & Finance funds of the group, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management functions. He plays a key role in enabling strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights, while driving cost optimization and ERP-enabled process automation to improve operational efficiency. He is committed to strengthening financial governance, transparency, and accountability across the organization and supports sustainable business growth through robust financial management practices.
He holds an MBA in Accounts & Finance and Logistics & E-commerce, from Zavier’s Institute of Business Management.
He brings over 22 years of professional experience across logistics and e-commerce sectors. Prior to joining Casby, he worked with Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd., where he served for 16 years, gaining extensive experience in financial leadership, process transformation, and building strong financial management frameworks.
Mabel Simons
Head - Compliance

Mabel Simons heads Compliance, associated with Casby and has served the organization in multiple roles over the years. She started her career as an Executive – Front Office when she joined Casby Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in January 1986.
During her tenure of 40 years, she has managed various roles and functions as Learning & Development Management, Performance Management System and Corporate Communications.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai University, having graduated from K. J. Somaiya College, with majors in Psychology and Sociology.
Michelle Lobo
Head - Shared Services

Michelle Lobo handles all the work related to compliance. In her current role as Head- shared services, she manages secretarial and compliance-related functions for the Group. She liaises with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Advocates, and Solicitors to ensure that all statutory and regulatory compliances are properly maintained and updated.
She also provides support to the Accounts Department of the Group with 15 years of experience in handling secretarial and compliance-related work, supporting coordination with external consultants and regulatory professionals.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai University in the year 2000.
Vaishakha Shetty
Company Secretary

Vaishakha Shetty oversees the company’s secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance functions, ensuring adherence to statutory and corporate governance requirements. She manages corporate filings, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks while coordinating with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to maintain strong governance standards within the organization.
She is a Company Secretary (CS) and holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree. She is currently pursuing LLB.
Prior to joining Casby, she worked for three years in a specialized Company Secretary firm, where she gained extensive experience in corporate filings, company incorporations and closures, regulatory compliances under MCA, RBI, MSMEs, and SEBI, along with various secretarial and managerial responsibilities.
