Our Safety Philosophy
Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System is an all-encompassing program that details and outlines the practices and protocols followed by Casby at all operating levels of the company. The main areas of coverage are:
Audit program(s) shall be planned, established, implemented, and maintained based on the results of risk assessments and the results of previous audits. An annual HSSE Audit Program covering all the equipment and activities in the various businesses are prepared. Qualified professionals are responsible for its execution and for monitoring the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions arising from the audits.
Nonconformity, Corrective and Preventive Action and Improvement:
Any substantial non-compliance found during the above audits in our operations are immediately brought to the attention. Where areas for improvement are identified, plans for corrective actions are drawn up.
Casby HSSE Policy
Casby’s quality policy aspires to provide services that meet and exceed customer needs and expectations, thereby ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
The Casby software offers easy access for customers from planning to final billing. The Casby software has high safety and security protocols to protect from any manual alterations thereby ensuring the accuracy of the billing.
Casby offers the options of Digital LRs or Hard copy LRs. As the goods are delivered to the final destination a POD is generated and confirmed electronically at the unloading point using a tablet with a touch screen interface. if a Hard Copy LR has been generated, a photograph of the same is taken on the smart phone and uploaded to our server for future retrieval
Once the POD is confirmed it is automatically updated to the Casby server, which the customers can access at any time to view the status of their deliveries and billing in real-time.
Total security and confidentially of each customers data and records is ensured as each customer is identified by a CASBY unique billing code
A customer can have any number of sub-billing codes for locations, divisions, branches, consignées, product catégories etc. Managers can have access to the sub-billing codes for the divisions they handle whereas the CFO of the customer company could have access to a complete view of all billing codes.
